Valmont Chairman Mogens Bay to Retire at End of 2026 Fiscal Year
Valmont announced that Mogens Bay, Chairman of the Board, will retire from the Company's Board of Directors at the end of the Company's 2026 fiscal year, on December 26. Consistent with the Board's previously announced succession plan, Catherine Paglia, the Company's Vice Chair of the Board and Lead Independent Director, will succeed Bay as Board Chair upon his retirement.
