Dave & Buster's Appoints New Executive Team

Dave & Buster's announced a series of executive leadership appointments and promotions. The company announced additional recent hires and promotions. Amanda Busby joined the company this month as COO. Additionally, the company recently promoted Rachel Morgan to serve as chief legal and administrative officer and corporate secretary, expanding her responsibilities to include oversight of both the legal and human resources organizations. The company also promoted Aldo Rosales to chief strategy and revenue management officer. These new hires and promotions join other recent executive team additions including Jeremy Tucker as chief marketing officer, Kevin Fish as chief technology and digital officer and Derek Sample as chief accounting officer.

Dave & Buster's CEO Tarun Lal Announces Retirement, Darin Harper to Succeed

Dave & Buster's announced that Tarun Lal informed the board of directors of his decision to retire as CEO, effective August 3, in order to spend more time with his family. The board of directors has appointed Darin Harper, the company's CFO, to succeed Lal as CEO, effective the same date. Lal will work closely with Harper on the transition and continue to serve as an advisor to the company through at least the end of fiscal year 2027. Harper has served as CFO of Dave & Buster's since June 2024.
