Nexera Technologies Subsidiary Secures First Purchase Order
Nexera Technologies announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, KeepZone AI, has facilitated the first purchase order under the representation agreement dated as of January 1 with RT LTA Systems. The purchase order was issued by a homeland security solutions integrator in Mexico to RT for SkyStar 180 Aerostat and related deliverables, following KeepZone's business development efforts in the Canadian and Mexican markets. The order is expected to be delivered in the second half of 2026.

Nexera's Subsidiary Fort Receives Nasdaq Listing Approval
Nexera Technologies announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Fort Technology, has received formal approval from Nasdaq to list its common shares on Nasdaq. The common shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on Monday, June 8 under the ticker symbol (FRTT). Nexera currently holds approximately 70.94% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Fort. Fort's common shares will continue to be listed and traded on the TSX Venture Exchange under its existing symbol (FORT).
