MVB Financial Q1 Earnings Per Share Up Over 40% YoY
From Larry F. Mazza, Chief Executive Officer and President, MVB Financial: "We delivered a strong first quarter, with earnings per share up over 40% year-over-year, demonstrating continued improvement in our core earnings power and establishing a clear trajectory for accelerated growth. Our commitment remains to maximize shareholder value through disciplined execution, continuous improvement of profitability metrics and strategic investments in high-return opportunities. This momentum accelerated during the quarter, supported by solid loan growth, continued net interest margin expansion, improved efficiency and progress across our payments-related businesses. Additionally, we continued to make strategic investments in artificial intelligence and automation to streamline operations, enhance the customer experience and improve overall execution efficiency. To align our organization with this strategy, we brought our technology and operations functions under unified leadership with Mike Giorgio's appointment as Chief Operating Officer and strengthened our Board with the addition of Adam Famularo, who adds significant Fintech and artificial intelligence expertise. We are also pleased to welcome Dr. Kelly Nelson as Chairman of the Board and thank Marty Becker for his leadership and meaningful contributions to MVB's growth and development. Finally, subsequent to quarter-end, we recognized a gain in the second quarter related to an existing Fintech investment, further demonstrating the strength of our Fintech platform. Combined with the successful monetization of Victor last year, we believe this underscores our ability to both build and invest in high-value technology businesses, creating incremental value for shareholders."

MVB Financial Reports Strong Q4 Results for 2025
From Larry F. Mazza, Chief Executive Officer, MVB Financial: "MVB delivered solid fourth quarter results to close out a successful 2025, with strong momentum building across our entire business platform. We benefited from the tailwind of net interest income growth, net interest margin expansion and a third consecutive quarter of strong loan growth. Loan pipelines remain healthy and core fee income categories continue to build momentum as we enter the first quarter of 2026, positioning us for sustained growth."
MVB Financial announces Q3 earnings per share of $1.32, up from 16 cents last year.
From Larry F. Mazza, Chief Executive Officer and President, MVB Financial: "The third quarter was transformative for MVB. The sale of Victor Technologies stands as a powerful validation of our Fintech incubator model - we built and scaled a next-generation payments solution in just four years. The sale of Victor generated substantial shareholder returns, while strengthening our balance sheet and expanding our strategic flexibility. We immediately put that enhanced flexibility to work through a strategic repositioning of our securities portfolio. The securities portfolio repositioning, combined with expense efficiencies expected from the Victor sale, position us to deliver $0.30 to $0.35 in additional annualized earnings per share going forward. Our core banking operations remain strong. Net interest income increased on robust loan activity, our loan pipeline is solid entering the fourth quarter and we proactively strengthened our balance sheet by bolstering our allowance for credit losses. Meanwhile, our capital position continues to improve, and our unwavering commitment to shareholder value creation continues, evidenced by growth in tangible book value of 34% over the past three years. This quarter exemplifies what MVB does best: disciplined execution, strategic innovation and a relentless focus on sustainable growth."
