Mercantile Reports Q3 Revenue of $73.2M, Exceeding Expectations

As evidenced by the growth in the loan and local deposit portfolios, our team members have continued to meet the needs of existing customers and secure new client relationships. At the same time, we have devoted significant efforts and resources on core and digital banking system conversion-related activities to ensure a smooth transition that is expected to occur in the first quarter of 2027, which we believe will provide for a superior experience and a more durable platform for us and our customers. The notable net growth in local deposits provided for a further reduction in our loan-to-deposit ratio. Mercantile Bank Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.40

Mercantile Bank announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 40c per common share, payable on December 16 to holders of record as of December 4. The 40c cash dividend represents an increase of 5.3% from the cash dividend paid during the fourth quarter of 2025.
