Kandi Technologies Subsidiary Secures Order for 18 Heavy-Truck Battery Swap Stations from CATL

Kandi Technologies announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Battery Exchange, has secured an equipment procurement order from Qiji Energy, the heavy-truck battery swap brand under Contemporary Amperex Technology Limited, or CATL. Pursuant to the order agreement, China Battery Exchange will provide end-to-end services across eighteen heavy-truck battery swap stations, encompassing equipment manufacturing, delivery, site deployment, and after-sales maintenance. China Battery Exchange secured its first heavy-truck battery swap station equipment order from CATL in August 2025 under a framework procurement agreement. Building on that foundation, China Battery Exchange entered into a three-year strategic cooperation agreement in January with Times Qiji Green Energy Technology, a CATL subsidiary dedicated to chassis-based battery swapping for heavy-duty trucks, formally establishing China Battery Exchange as a designated equipment supplier for CATL's heavy-truck battery swap station program. This eighteen-station order marks the first batch procurement under the January agreement.

Kandi Technologies Acquires 51% of Xinchu and Gains Schneider Authorization

Kandi Technologies Group announced that Hangzhou Xinchu New Energy Technology, which the Company has contracted to acquire 51% of the equity interests, has been named an authorized distributor by Schneider Electric IT for FY26. The authorization enables Xinchu to distribute and support Schneider Electric's APC, MGE, and Schneider-branded portfolio, including uninterruptible power supply, or UPS, systems, cooling infrastructure, racks and cabinets, software, and related technical services. It also strengthens Xinchu's ability to deliver integrated power infrastructure solutions for data centers, telecommunications base stations, and energy storage systems. The Company believes the authorization represents an important milestone in expanding its upstream hardware capabilities and strengthening its supply chain foundation for its AIDC power and energy storage business. Schneider Electric is a global leader in energy management and automation, offering a broad portfolio of data center infrastructure solutions, including UPS systems, power management, and physical infrastructure products.

Kandi Technologies Acquires 51% Stake in Hangzhou Xinchu for $2.9M

Kandi Technologies announced that it has entered into certain investment agreements to acquire a 51% controlling stake in Hangzhou Xinchu New Energy, a provider of lithium battery backup power and battery management systems for data centers and telecom base stations, for a total cash consideration of $2.9M. The transaction is expected to close in July.
