Huya Reports Q2 Revenue of RMB 1.74B

Company Board Approves Increase in Repurchase Amount to $100M

The company's board of directors authorized an increase of $50M to the authorized repurchase amount under the company's existing share repurchase program originally adopted on March 18. Following such increase, the total authorized repurchase amount under the 2026 share repurchase program is $100M. As of June 30, the company had repurchased 3.2M ADSs under the 2026 share repurchase program for an aggregate consideration of $7.6M.

Huya announced that it will exclusively publish Xiao Xiao Qi Yu, a 3D match-based casual mobile game officially licensed under the Zanmang Loopy IP in the Chinese mainland, with pre-registration across platforms set to open soon.
