Hershey Appoints Dave Hulays as CFO

Hershey has named Dave Hulays CFO effective September 2, succeeding Steve Voskuil. Hulays, who most recently served as SVP, Finance, brings nearly 30 years of financial leadership experience at Hershey and Procter & Gamble to the role. Since joining Hershey in 2012 as VP Finance, Canada, Hulays has taken on progressively broader financial leadership responsibilities across the company. Voskuil, who has led Hershey's finance organization for the past seven years, announced his intent to retire in early 2027. He will move into the role of SVP, Strategic Projects, focused on initiatives for the CEO and Board while ensuring a seamless transition with Hulays.

Hershey Company Reports Q2 Revenue of $2.79B

Reports Q2 revenue $2.79B, consensus $2.63B. "We delivered a strong first half, with reported net sales up 8.7%, organic net sales up 5.8% and meaningful earnings recovery. We enter the second half with momentum, compelling growth plans, and increased investment behind our brands, merchandising, and innovation. With cost visibility and operating flexibility, we are well positioned to navigate dynamic markets and deliver on our full-year financial commitments," said Kirk Tanner, The Hershey Company President and Chief Executive Officer.

Company Narrows FY26 Revenue Outlook to 4.5%-5%

Consensus $8.42. Narrows FY26 revenue view to 4.5%-5% from 4%-5%. Backs FY26 capital expenditures view $425M-$475M. The company said, "The Company is narrowing its net sales growth, organic net sales growth, reported earnings per share and adjusted earnings per share outlook for the year. This outlook does not include potential future tariff rebates."
