Lundefinedkahi Therapeutics Partners with SDSU to Expand ai Futures Lab
Lundefinedkahi Therapeutics, a subsidiary of Glucotrack, announced a collaboration with San Diego State University's, or SDSU, Fowler College of Business, expanding the ai Futures Lab and strengthening Lundefinedkahi's growing network of partner academic institutions. The partnership with SDSU furthers Lundefinedkahi's work to identify and evaluate promising drug candidates and technologies that may have been overlooked or are no longer being actively developed. The program also supports Lundefinedkahi's efforts to explore potential new treatments while giving student participants practical experience addressing business challenges in the biopharmaceutical industry. During its first year, the ai Futures Lab engaged 64 students and identified more than 45 potential assets, several of which advanced into active pipeline discussions. SDSU student participants will focus on therapeutic asset identification, evaluation, and strategic assessment, producing recommendations that may advance partnership discussions, licensing opportunities, or potential acquisition.

Glucotrack Subsidiary Starts GMP Production for LT-100
Lokahi Therapeutics, a subsidiary of Glucotrack, announced that it has started its initial Good Manufacturing Practice, GMP, manufacturing campaign for LT-100, the Company's lead development candidate for osteoarthritis pain. The advancement of LT-100 to GMP production marks the next step in the Company's strategy to administer LT-100 as a single subcutaneous injection per visit - a patient-centric approach compared to the 15 intradermal injections per treatment used in prior efficacy trials. "Earlier this year, we outlined our strategy to transition from 15 intradermal injections per administration to a single subcutaneous injection," said Erik Emerson, CEO of Glucotrack. "Initiating GMP manufacturing marks an important step forward as we prepare to evaluate whether this patient-friendly, non-opioid treatment approach can achieve the clinical outcomes we expect in osteoarthritis of the knee."
Lokahi Therapeutics Continues Participation in University of Georgia Program
Lokahi Therapeutics, a subsidiary of Glucotrack, announced the continued participation of the University of Georgia's Student Industry Fellows Program in the ai Futures Lab. The renewed collaboration expands Lokahi's growing nationwide network of academic institutions. "The program functions as a capital-efficient component of Lokahi's asset origination and evaluation process while providing students with direct experience addressing real-world biopharmaceutical business challenges," the company said.
Glucotrack Expands Operations of ai Futures Lab
Glucotrack announced the continued expansion of the ai Futures Lab operated through its wholly owned subsidiary, Lokahi Therapeutics. During its first year, the ai Futures Lab identified more than 45 therapeutic opportunities on a budget of approximately $33,000 and advanced five into active company discussions. These assets represent more than $500M in prior biopharmaceutical investment and include opportunities with human clinical data, positive efficacy signals, and meaningful remaining exclusivity. The ai Futures Lab is expanding from six university collaborations to 12 universities for the 2026-2027 academic year while achieving 100% retention of inaugural university partners. The pharmaceutical industry discontinues thousands of assets each year due to portfolio reprioritization, funding constraints, strategic shifts, or organizational decisions. Lokahi believes significant value remains trapped within many of these programs. The ai Futures Lab leverages strategic university partnerships and standard pharmaceutical due diligence processes to identify therapeutic assets that may be candidates for acquisition, advancement, partnering, or monetization. Students work directly with Lokahi leadership and industry experts through structured 8- to 10-week engagements, gaining real-world exposure to biopharmaceutical business development while the Company builds a continuous pipeline of late-stage asset opportunities with minimal incremental cash outlay.
