Lokahi Therapeutics Partners with Pepperdine for ai2 Pipeline Initiative

Lokahi Therapeutics will partner with Pepperdine E2B to engage students in its ai2 Pipeline initiative during the upcoming academic year. The collaboration is intended to provide students with hands-on experience evaluating real-world biopharmaceutical opportunities while supporting Lokahi's ongoing efforts to identify and assess therapeutic assets through its ai2 platform. The Pepperdine collaboration will begin with a project involving full-time MBA students in a marketing course taught by Professor Kimber Maderazzo at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Through the ai2 Pipeline program, participating students will work alongside Lokahi professionals to identify, evaluate, and prioritize therapeutic opportunities. Project teams will assess scientific, regulatory, intellectual property, commercial, and strategic considerations that influence decisions across the biopharmaceutical asset lifecycle. Students will develop recommendations based on structured analysis of actual therapeutic opportunities rather than hypothetical case studies. During its first year, the ai2 Futures Lab engaged 64 students and identified more than 45 potential assets, several of which have advanced into active pipeline discussions. The program is designed to expand Lokahi's sourcing reach and analytical capacity while supporting a disciplined, capital-efficient approach to pipeline development.

Glucotrack Prices Public Offering at $2.04 per Share

Glucotrack announced the pricing of a "best efforts" public offering of 169,388 shares of common stock at a price of $2.04 per share and, in lieu of shares of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 1,350,220 shares of common stock at a price of $2.039 per pre-funded warrant. The Company expects to receive aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $3,100,000, before deducting placement agent fees and offering expenses. The offering was priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. The offering is expected to close on or about September 25, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Dawson James Securities, Inc. is acting as the sole placement agent for the public offering.
