Clay Corbus: Q2 Revenue Reaches $106.4 Million

Reports Q2 revenue $106.4M, consensus $104.72M. Commentary by Clay Corbus, President and Chief Executive Officer: "Our second quarter results demonstrate continued solid execution across the business. Fuel volumes, including both RNG and conventional natural gas, increased year over year, reflecting ongoing customer investment in and demand for cleaner, lower-carbon fuel. This has been especially true in today's volatile fuel environment. Having a clean, domestically produced fuel is one of the reasons that we remain on plan through the first half of the year, along with great execution by our team. With $138.0 million in cash and investments at quarter end, we remain focused on serving our fleet customers and expanding the role of domestically supplied RNG as a practical, low-carbon fuel for a variety of applications in this rapidly evolving energy market."

Clean Energy Signs New Fueling Agreements in Western Canada

Clean Energy has announced a series of new fueling and maintenance agreements across Western Canada as fleets continue to turn to natural gas. Through its partnership with Tourmaline, the company has also recently added stations in Grande Prairie and Chilliwack. These new agreements come after the rollout of Cummins' 15-litre X15N engine, which has opened the door for more long-range, heavy-duty operators to make the switch. The fleets span refuse, freight, logistics and oilfield services sectors and will add dozens of natural gas trucks to roads throughout British Columbia and Alberta.
