Colliers Reports Q2 Revenue of $1.57B, Exceeds Expectations
Reports Q2 revenue $1.57B, consensus $1.52B. "Colliers delivered another strong quarter, with double-digit revenue growth across all three platforms, healthy internal growth and continued improvement in earnings quality," said Jay S. Colliers Acquires Engineering Firm Pluritec
Colliers announced that Colliers Engineering, through its Canadian platform, Englobe, has entered into an agreement to acquire Pluritec, a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm in Quebec. Pluritec's senior team will become shareholders of Englobe under Colliers' partnership model and will play a role in leadership going forward. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Colliers International Plans to Buy Back 4.3 Million Subordinate Voting Shares
Colliers International announced that the Toronto Stock Exchange has accepted a notice of its intention to make a normal course issuer bid with respect to its outstanding subordinate voting shares. The notice provides that Colliers may, during the twelve month period commencing May 15 and ending no later than May 14, 2027, purchase through the facilities of the TSX, alternative Canadian Trading Systems or Nasdaq up to 4.3M subordinate voting shares in total, being approximately 10% of the 43,850,289 shares comprising the "public float" as of May 12 of such class of shares.
