CACI Reports Q4 Revenue of $2.71B, Exceeding Expectations
Reports Q4 revenue $2.71B, consensus $2.69B. CACI Partners with Oracle on $400M Federal HR IT Contract
CACI International (CACI) announced that it will serve as one of Oracle's (ORCL) technology partners for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's Federal Human Resources Information Technology Modernization contract. Working alongside Oracle, Baker Tilly, and Deloitte on this 10-year contract worth nearly $400M, CACI will modernize and consolidate disparate federal human resource systems into a single, secure, cloud-based platform for federal civilian employees, including HR professionals and leaders. The consolidation of federal HR systems into a single shared platform is expected to reduce taxpayer costs by more than 90 percent while improving efficiency, security, and service delivery across the government.
CACI Appoints Marcie Small as Executive VP and Chief Human Resources Officer
CACI International announced that Marcie Small has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Small succeeds Angie Combs, who retired from the company after more than seven years of service. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in human capital management, Small has a proven track record of modernizing talent strategies, developing leaders, and building high-performing workforces. During her 15-year tenure at CACI, Small has held roles of increasing responsibility across the company's Human Resources organization. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Growth, where she led significant advancements in how CACI attracts, develops, and retains top talent. She accomplished this by modernizing CACI's talent ecosystem, redefining leadership development, and introducing forward-looking programs that strengthen the company's future talent readiness. Small earned her bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech and has completed advanced professional certifications in human resources throughout her career.
CACI Awarded $500M Contract for Procurement of Commercial Items
CACI was awarded a $500M firm-fixed-price, single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of commercial items from a commercial catalog, including counter-unmanned aerial systems and counter-small-unmanned aerial systems capabilities. Bids were solicited via the internet with 50 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 15, 2029. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, is the contracting activity.
