AmpliTech Secures $7.3M Follow-On Orders
AmpliTech Group announced that it has received approximately $7.3M in follow-on orders supporting deployments for an Asian mobile network operator in connection with the company's previously announced 5G O-RAN radio Letter of Intent program. The orders represent renewed purchasing activity under the program following deployment of AmpliTech's O-RAN radios at end-customer 5G sites. "We are very pleased to receive approximately $7.3M in follow-on orders supporting this Asian MNO deployment. We believe repeat orders following deployment represent strong commercial validation of our technology and execution capabilities," said Fawad Maqbool, Chairman, CEO and CTO of AmpliTech Group. "Together with the follow-on orders recently received in support of our North American MNO program, we believe these orders reflect continued customer confidence in our ability to perform in real-world O-RAN networks. They also restore meaningful momentum under the previously announced LOI program and further strengthen AmpliTech' s commercial position as we focus on converting our growing opportunity pipeline into shipments and revenue."
AmpliTech Group Secures Orders for Three Custom Components
AmpliTech Group announced that its AmpliTech Group Microwave Design Center, or AGMDC, division has received orders for three newly developed custom Gallium Arsenide components for use in an advanced phased-array satellite communications system. The three components were competitively sourced by the customer, with AGMDC selected based on the performance of its custom designs against the customer's demanding technical requirements. AGMDC worked closely with the customer's engineering team to develop solutions addressing critical RF performance requirements while also meeting the program's cost objectives. Winning all three custom components represents an important technical and commercial validation of AGMDC's advanced MMIC design capabilities and further expands AmpliTech Group's participation in the growing satellite communications market. The orders establish AGMDC as a supplier of these custom components for the customer's phased-array platform. As the customer's program advances, AGMDC believes the awards position the division to support additional production requirements, subject to customer demand, program schedules and future purchase orders.
AmpliTech Secures Over $6M in Follow-On Orders
AmpliTech Group announced that it received more than $6M in follow-on orders during July, including nearly $4M in additional orders under its previously announced letter of intent with a North American mobile network operator. The new orders include recently introduced products that have completed applicable ISED and FCC certification requirements, further expanding the range of AmpliTech solutions available for commercial deployment.
AmpliTech Group Receives FCC and ISED Certifications
AmpliTech Group announced that its Outdoor Macro Cell 4T8R Open RAN Radio Unit received Federal Communications Commission certification for the U.S. and Innovation, Science and Economic Development certification for Canada. The certifications authorize deployment of the company's 4T8R radio platform across public mobile operators, private 5G deployments, enterprise wireless networks, and government communications infrastructure. "Receiving FCC and ISED certifications represents a major milestone in the commercialization of our expanding Open RAN product portfolio," said Fawad Maqbool, CEO of AmpliTech Group. "Our innovative 4T8R architecture was developed to address the evolving needs of mobile operators by delivering enhanced uplink performance, improved spectral efficiency, and AI-ready capabilities while maintaining a more cost-effective deployment profile than traditional higher-order radio systems. As the industry accelerates adoption of AI-RAN, Open RAN, and Private 5G technologies, we believe our differentiated radio platform is well positioned to help customers build more intelligent, efficient, and future-ready wireless networks."
