TEN Holdings Completes $7.5M Offering to Accelerate Long-Term Strategy
TEN Holdings intends to deploy the net proceeds from its recently completed $7.5M offering to accelerate execution of the company's long-term strategy of investing in vital strategic priorities designed to accelerate growth and improve shareholder value. These priorities will include: strengthening working capital to support operations, improve financial flexibility, and position the company to capitalize on future growth opportunities; expanding product development; building AI capabilities; pursuing key strategic acquisitions. This follows the company's closing of its offering, generating gross proceeds of approximately $7.5M before deducting offering expenses.
TEN Holdings Prices Offering of 7.5M Shares at $1.00 Each
TEN Holdings announced the pricing of its offering for the purchase and sale of 7.5M shares of the company's common stock. Each share of common stock will be sold at an offering price of $1.00 per share. The gross proceeds to the company from the offering are expected to be approximately $7.5M, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses payable by the company. The offering is expected to close on or about June 30. WestPark Capital is the sole placement agent for the offering.
