Trinity Capital to Transfer Stock Listing to NYSE
Trinity Capital announced that it plans to transfer the listing of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE Texas from the Nasdaq Stock Market. The company expects to begin trading as a NYSE-listed company on or about July 27, maintaining the current ticker symbol "TRIN" for its common stock. Until the close of trading on July 24, Trinity Capital's common stock will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "TRIN."

Trinity Capital Receives Approval as Small Business Investment Company
Trinity Capital is pleased to announce that its sponsored investment fund, Trinity Capital SBIC LP has received approval from the U.S. Small Business Administration to operate as a Small Business Investment Company. The Fund is the company's third sponsored investment fund that has received such a license since the company's inception in 2008. Previously, through its predecessor funds, the company deployed $734M through SBICs. The approval reflects the company's commitment to supporting growth-oriented lower middle market businesses in the United States, with support from the SBA's Office of Investment and Innovation.
Trinity Capital Commits Up to $35M Equipment Financing to Torus
Trinity Capital announced the commitment of up to $35M in equipment financing to Torus, a U.S.-based energy technology and infrastructure company. Torus designs, engineers, and manufactures distributed mesh energy infrastructure. Its full-stack platform integrates battery and inertial-based storage, AI-powered management, cybersecurity, and long-term operations and maintenance across utilities, data centers, manufacturers, and commercial and industrial facilities. The equipment financing will help to support Torus in expanding its manufacturing capacity and scaling production operations at its new GigaOne manufacturing and assembly facility.
