Company Reiterates Capital Allocation Priorities, FY26 CapEx at $217M

Says would like to reiterate our capital allocation priorities, which are unchanged. Says FY26 capital expenditures and cloud computing costs were $217M. Says inventory levels at year-end were 4% below prior year, slightly below expectations due to a shift in receipt timing into Q1 for FY27. Says expects inventory levels to increase year-over-year. Says foreign exchange is expected to be a 40-basis point tailwind for the year. Says revenue is forecasted to grow high single digits in the first half of the year, and mid-single digits in the second half. Comments taken from Q4 earnings conference call.
