StandardAero Reports Q2 Revenue of $1.6B, Adjusted EBITDA Growth of 12.3%
Reports Q2 revenue $1.6B, consensus $1.59B. "StandardAero delivered strong second quarter results with continued operational momentum," said Russell Ford, StandardAero's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "Amid the higher fuel price environment, we continue to see robust demand across the commercial aerospace platforms we serve, which translated into 12.3% Adjusted EBITDA growth year-over-year. Strong operational execution and the elimination of passthrough revenues from our restructured contracts allowed us to achieve record Adjusted EBITDA Margins of 14.4% and reach profitability on our LEAP and our CFM56 DFW programs during the quarter. Furthermore, we achieved an inflow of $50.2 million in Free Cash Flow during the quarter, as our supply chain initiatives begin to be realized."

StandardAero Selected by GE to Supply CT7-2E1 Engines
StandardAero (SARO) has been chosen by GE Aerospace (GE) to build, maintain and overhaul the CT7-2E1 engines selected to power the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence's, MOD, New Medium Helicopter, NMH, fleet. The announcement follows GE Aerospace's disclosure that Leonardo selected the CT7-2E1 engine to power 23 AW149 helicopters for the NMH program, an agreement that includes 46 engines plus spares, spare parts and long-term support, as well as future exports from the UK. The AW149s will be operated by the UK Armed Forces and delivered between 2030 and 2033.
StandardAero Signs Lease Agreement with Avolon
StandardAero has signed a LeaseTEAM agreement with Avolon which will provide the lessor's customers with access to a broad range of CFM International LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engine services. Avolon's fleet includes approximately 150 delivered Airbus A320neo and 54 Boeing 737 MAX new generation narrowbody aircraft. Under the new LeaseTEAM agreement, Avolon will have access to a comprehensive suite of LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B maintenance services on a non-exclusive basis for a multi-year term. The agreement is designed to act as a backstop to Avolon's maintenance requirements, supporting its aircraft and engine lease underwriting activities while enhancing flexibility for its airline customer base.
StandardAero Signs MRO Services Agreement with Arajet
StandardAero (SARO) has signed an agreement with Arajet to provide MRO services for the CFM International LEAP-1B engine. The LEAP-1B powers Arajet's fleet of new generation Boeing (BA) 737 MAX 8 narrowbody aircraft. Under this new agreement, Arajet will have access to the wide range of LEAP-1B services provided by StandardAero from its facility in San Antonio, TX, including performance restoration shop visits, quick-turn shop visits, component repairs, short-term engine leases and engine health monitoring data analysis services.
