Kenya Airways Selects Sabre to Implement New Retail Platform
Sabre has been selected by Kenya Airways to implement a modern, new retailing platform across the airline. The platform will become the operational and commercial backbone of Kenya Airways' business, supporting reservations, ticketing, inventory management and airport check-in, replacing the airline's current system, which has served Kenya Airways for more than two decades. As part of this evolution, Kenya Airways will adopt Sabre Mosaic Offer Optimisation, introducing continuous learning and dynamic pricing capabilities to help the airline better match traveller demand and deliver more personalised offers.
Air Tanzania Selects Sabre as Technology Partner
Air Tanzania, Tanzania's national carrier and one of Africa's fastest-growing airlines, has selected Sabre to provide the technology foundation for its next phase of growth. The airline will migrate its core passenger operations to Sabre while simultaneously adopting Sabre Mosaic NDC IT to establish a future-ready, offer-and-order-native retailing foundation. As part of the agreement, Air Tanzania will transition to Sabre's airline technology solutions on an accelerated timeline as the carrier modernizes key areas of its business. The implementation is expected to enhance scalability, strengthen interline and codeshare capabilities, and provide a foundation for future innovation across retailing, revenue optimization, and customer experience. By integrating modern NDC capabilities directly with its core passenger system, Air Tanzania will reduce technology fragmentation and gain the ability to dynamically create, optimize, and distribute personalized offers across the global travel ecosystem.
