Peloton Appoints Siddharth Thacker as CFO
Peloton Interactive (PTON) announced the appointment of Siddharth Thacker as the company's CFO, effective June 22, 2026. Thacker will oversee Peloton's global finance organization as well as corporate strategy. Under his leadership, Peloton will maintain its disciplined financial approach while pursuing broader market opportunities across the fitness and wellness landscape and delivering on its plans to return to sustainable, profitable revenue growth. Thacker will join the company following a successful tenure as CFO at Rent the Runway (RENT). Thacker will report to CEO Peter Stern and will be based at the company's New York headquarters. He succeeds interim CFO Saqib Baig, who will remain the company's Chief Accounting Officer.
Rent the Runway Co-Founder Hyman Steps Down as CEO
Rent the Runway announced that co-founder Jennifer Hyman will step down as CEO, president, and board member, effective May 15. She will remain an advisor to the company through January 2027. Teri Bariquit, current board member of Rent the Runway and a 37-year retail veteran, including serving as former chief merchandising officer at Nordstrom, has been appointed interim CEO and president. Bariquit will lead the company alongside the executive leadership team, and with the support of executive chairman Dhiren Fonseca and the board of directors, who will conduct a thorough search for the company's next CEO.
