OneSpan Launches DigipassONE Unified Authentication Platform
OneSpan announced DigipassONE, its unified platform for authentication, transaction security, in-app protection, analytics and digital credential innovation. "DigipassONE introduces a common platform architecture that simplifies how organizations deploy, manage, and expand authentication capabilities while enabling them to support evolving customer authentication preferences through technologies such as passkeys and digital credentials. By bringing together authentication, transaction signing, digital credentials, analytics, and in-application protection through shared platform services, DigipassONE provides a practical path for organizations looking to modernize authentication without unnecessary operational disruption," the company said.
OneSpan Showcases Digital Identity Innovations at Identiverse 2026
OneSpan will showcase its latest innovations in digital identity and authentication at Identiverse 2026, June 15-17 in Las Vegas including an early-access release of its digital credentials solution, designed to simplify the way organizations issue, manage, and verify identities across digital wallets. As digital identity wallets rapidly gain traction, fueled by regulatory momentum such as eIDAS 2.0 and rising demand for more secure, user-friendly identity experiences, organizations are under increasing pressure to modernize their user onboarding and authentication processes. The timeline is accelerating: EU member states must make digital identity wallets available by December 2026, and by December 2027, banks and other relying parties must support them for user onboarding and authentication. At Identiverse, OneSpan will demonstrate how organizations can move beyond fragmented approaches and adopt digital credentials in a scalable, practical way without the complexity of integrating multiple wallets, standards, and trust frameworks.
OneSpan Q1 Revenue $65.9M, Exceeds Expectations

Sees FY26: ARR to be in the range of $194 million to $198 million, as compared to its previous guidance range of $192 million to $196 million. Adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $64 million to $68 million.
