Eightco Updates Holdings, Repurchases Over 25M Shares

Eightco (ORBS) provided an update on its total holdings, highlighting its position across digital assets and strategic investments in leading private technology companies. Over the past month, Eightco has repurchased over 25M shares of its common stock under its previously announced $125M share repurchase program. As of September 2, 2026, ORBS' holdings include a $90M investment in OpenAI, an $18M funded investment in Beast Industries, a $1M investment in Mythical Games, 301,971,219 Worldcoin at $0.37 per WLD, 16,278 Ethereum, and approximately $122M in total cash and stablecoins, for total holdings of approximately $380M. Bitmine Immersion (BMNR) is an institutional investor of Eightco.

Eightco Holdings Repurchases 14 Million Shares, Total Holdings Approximately $389 Million

Eightco Holdings provided an update on its total holdings. Eightco has repurchased approximately 14 million shares of its common stock under its $125M share repurchase program. As of August 19, ORBS' holdings include a $90M investment - indirectly, through SPVs - in OpenAI, an $18M funded investment in Beast Industries, a $1M investment in Mythical Games, 301,971,219 Worldcoin at 37c per WLD, 16,278 Ethereum, and approximately $132M in total cash and stablecoins, for total holdings of approximately $389M.

Bitmine Announces Total Crypto Assets Worth $11.3 Billion

Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced Bitmine crypto + total cash & marketable securities + "moonshots" holdings totaling $11.3B. As of August 2 the Company's crypto holdings are comprised of 5,797,813 ETH at $1,880 per ETH, per Coinbase (COIN), 209 Bitcoin, $180M stake in Beast Industries, $61M stake in Eightco Holdings (ORBS) and total cash & marketable securities of $173M. Bitmine's ETH holdings are 4.8% of the ETH supply. "In July, ETH outperformed the Nasdaq 100 by 2,500bp. This is the largest outperformance since July 2025, and we believe it is reflective of the strengthening fundamentals of crypto. Last July, ETH rose from $2,375 to $4,057 by the end of August," stated Thomas "Tom" Lee, Chairman of Bitmine.
