NWPX Infrastructure Q2 Revenue Reaches $159.5 Million
Reports Q2 revenue $159.5M, consensus $154.7M. "The second quarter of 2026 marked another outstanding quarter for NWPX Infrastructure as we delivered record financial results highlighted by revenue of $159.5 million, gross profit of $34.4 million, representing a 21.5% gross margin, and diluted earnings per share of $1.62," said Scott Montross, President and Chief Executive Officer of NWPX Infrastructure. "These results reflect the strength of our diversified business model and the disciplined execution of our long-term strategy."
NWPX Infrastructure CEO Expects Strong Q3 2026 Performance
CEO Montross concluded, "Looking ahead, we expect performance in the third quarter of 2026 to be comparable to, or stronger than, the second quarter of 2026. Demand across our end markets remains healthy, bidding activity continues at elevated levels, and our Precast business is carrying positive momentum into the second half of the year. As a result, 2026 is shaping up to be a historic year for NWPX Infrastructure."
NWPX Infrastructure Reports Q1 Revenue of $138.3 Million

"We delivered a strong start to 2026 with first quarter results reflecting meaningful growth and margin expansion across both of our segments," said Scott Montross, President and Chief Executive Officer of NWPX Infrastructure. "Consolidated revenue increased 19% year-over-year to $138.3 million, while gross profit grew nearly 38%, highlighting the operating leverage in our model and continued execution across the organization."
NWPX Infrastructure Reports Q4 Revenue of $125.6M
Reports Q4 revenue $125.6M, consensus $122M. "We delivered an exceptional fourth quarter with WTS revenue of $84.0 million and a healthy gross margin of 21.2%," said Scott Montross, President and CEO of NWPX Infrastructure. "Robust bidding activity increased our WTS backlog including confirmed orders to $346 million, positioning us well for continued momentum in 2026. Precast also performed well, generating $41.7 million in revenue and a 21.5% gross margin, reflecting improvement both sequentially and compared against the year ago quarter. The Precast order book ended the year at a stable $57 million, providing solid visibility in 2026."
NWPX Infrastructure Acquires Boughton's Precast
NWPX Infrastructure announced the acquisition of Boughton's Precast. The transaction closed on February 23, and is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings. Located in Pueblo, Colorado, Boughton's Precast manufactures precast concrete products and reinforced concrete pipe. The business will operate under the NWPX Precast name.
