Nuwellis and Atrility Medical Enter Co-Promotion Agreement

Nuwellis and Atrility Medical announced that they have entered into a co-promotion and distribution agreement for Atrility's AtriAmp device. Under the agreement, the companies will begin an initial six-month co-promotion program covering three Nuwellis sales territories across approximately nine Western and five Southeastern states. Atrility will continue to serve its existing customers in the covered territories, while Nuwellis will support those accounts and pursue new customer relationships through its established commercial presence in pediatric and adult critical care. Nuwellis will receive commissions on sales to existing and new customers within the covered territories. Upon successful completion of the pilot, Nuwellis is expected to transition to Atrility's exclusive U.S. distributor for much of the country.

Nuwellis Enters Agreement to Sell 1,310,890 Shares at $2.59

Nuwellis announced that it has entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement with certain institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 1,310,890 shares of the Company's common stock at a price of $2.59 per share of common stock in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. Nuwellis also received approximately $3.1 Million in gross proceeds from the exercise of previously issued warrants which were issued in connection with the Company's June 2026 public offering. Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. is acting as exclusive placement agent for the offerings.

Nuwellis Secures Patent for Dual Lumen Catheter

Nuwellis announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office , or USPTO, has issued U.S. Patent No. 12,678,592, covering the company's Dual Lumen Catheter, a peripheral dual-lumen catheter designed for use with extracorporeal therapies, including ultrafiltration, dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy modalities. The patent was issued on July 14.
