NHI Reports Q2 Revenue of $121.32M, Beating Expectations
Reports Q2 revenue $121.32M, consensus $112.51M. "We continued to expand our Senior Housing Operating Portfolio with Q2 invested capital of $854.8M, a 137% increase from the prior year period," said Eric Mendelsohn, NHI's President and CEO. "Our total SHOP NOI for the second quarter increased by approximately 188% year-over-year driven by our recent acquisitions while the same-store SHOP results were ahead of expectations."
Company FY26 Guidance Includes $180M in New Investments
The Company's FY26 guidance includes the following assumptions: $180M in unidentified new investments; approximately $665M in expected proceeds from dispositions resulting in a gain ranging between $565.9M-$566.3M; continued fulfillment of existing commitments; Same Store SHOP NOI growth on 15 properties ranging between 1%-3% year over year; and total SHOP NOI on 42 properties, before the assumption for unidentified new SHOP investments, ranging between $44.1M-$45.1M.
