RBC Capital Expects Incyte to Update KRAS G12D Data
Incyte (INCY) is expected to report updated data for KRAS G12D inhibitor '734, in combination with mFOLFIRINOX and GemNabP, at ESMO in October, with previous data showing "too little" to have drawn any meaningful conclusions, RBC Capital tells investors in a research note. The firm, which has a Sector Perform rating and $109 price target on Incyte shares, believes the update will look "very competitive" and support the ongoing phase III efforts in 1L PDAC and that initial data appears generally comparable to Revolution Medicines' (RVMD) zoldonrasib.
Incyte's Opzelura Cream Approved by EU for Moderate Atopic Dermatitis
Incyte announced that the European Commission has approved Opzelura cream for the treatment of moderate atopic dermatitis in adult patients for whom topical corticosteroids and topical calcineurin inhibitors are inadequate or inappropriate.
Prelude Therapeutics Shares Rise 20% to $4.67
Shares of Prelude Therapeutics (PRLD) after moving higher after Incyte (INCY) in its Q2 earnings release that after a review of available data, it has discontinued further development of INCB160058 to prioritize its next-generation JAK2V617F-targeted pipeline. On November 4, 2025, Prelude announced an exclusive option agreement with Incyte focused on Prelude's mutant selective JAK2V617F JH2 inhibitor program in development for patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms. Per the agreement, Incyte has an exclusive option to acquire the JAK2V617F program in exchange for an upfront payment and a strategic equity investment in Prelude, plus potential downstream milestones and royalties. Shares of Prelude Therapeutics are up 20% to $4.67 in morning trading. Incyte is up 6% to $125.48 following its earnings report.
