WTI Crude Oil Rises Above $92 Amid Trump-Iran Standoff
U.N. General Assembly standoff pitting President Trump's threat to annihilate Iran against a defiant tone from Iranian President that his country will not bow down to pressure reverberated across financial markets on Wednesday, with WTI crude oil breaking a string of five consecutive declining sessions to rise above $92 per barrel. Energy was the only sector to finish in the green, while Basic Materials and Communication Services were the biggest decliners. Dented hopes for a diplomatic offramp also contributed to higher borrowing costs in the US - the 10-year Treasury note yield spiked 15 basis points to a multi-decade high of 5.11%. In the opening hour of the evening session, index futures are little changed - S&P e-minis are below 7.770 and Nasdaq 100 is below 30,800.Check out this evening's top movers from around Wall Street, compiled by The Fly.HIGHER -Everpureup 4.9% after above-consensus FY28 revenue guidance at Investor Day presentationKnife Riverup 4.0% after WSJ report of Starboard Value taking a stakeGlossmer Bioup 1.9% after submitting NDA for seralutinibInhibrx Biosciencesup 1.4% after insider buyDOWN AFTER EARNINGS -Stitch Fixdown 17.7%HB Fullerdown 0.6%ALSO LOWER -Viking Therapeuticsdown 8.3% after $200M spot secondaryMGM Resorts Internationaldown 8.0% after Barry Diller withdrew bid for companyTransUniondown 2.4% after CFO resignation
Inhibrx Announces Key Trial Results for INBRX-106
Inhibrx Biosciences announced the primary endpoint results from the randomized and controlled Phase 2 portion of the HexAgon study, which is evaluating the safety and efficacy of INBRX-106, a hexavalent OX40 agonist, in combination with pembrolizumab vs. pembrolizumab monotherapy as the control arm in first-line patients with treatment-naive, PD-L1 positive metastatic or unresectable recurrent head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, or HNSCC. The primary endpoint analysis demonstrated a confirmed objective response rate of 48.3% for INBRX-106 plus pembrolizumab vs. 26.5% for pembrolizumab alone. Four patients - 13.8% - in the combination arm achieved a complete response compared with no complete responses in the control arm. Median progression-free survival was 9.6 months for INBRX-106 plus pembrolizumab vs. 4.9 months for pembrolizumab alone, with six-month PFS rates of 72.4% and 42.8%, respectively. 30.0% of the HPV+ patients treated in the combination arm achieved a complete response, vs. no complete responses in the control arm. The durability of the benefit was also particularly striking, with 90.0% of patients receiving INBRX-106 plus pembrolizumab remaining progression-free at six months vs. 33.0% who were receiving pembrolizumab alone. The combination of INBRX-106 and pembrolizumab was generally manageable. The most common treatment-related adverse events were rash, fatigue, and diarrhea, which were predominantly low grade. Based on these results, Inhibrx plans to expand the randomized Phase 2 portion of the HexAgon trial to support a potential accelerated regulatory pathway. The company plans to initiate the Phase 3 portion of the HexAgon trial, intended to serve as the confirmatory study. Inhibrx is evaluating the potential of INBRX-106 in other highly immunogenic tumor types. The company also plans to explore the potential of INBRX-106 in combination with therapeutic cancer vaccines.

The FDA has not identified any filing review issues at this time and has assigned a Prescription Drug User Fee Act goal date of April 14, 2027.
