International General Insurance Launches Cyber Reinsurance Managing General Agent Cipher

International General Insurance Holdings announced the launch of Bermuda-based Cipher Underwriting, a specialty treaty reinsurance managing general agent established to provide dedicated cyber treaty underwriting expertise and solutions on a global basis. The commencement of Cipher's operations remains subject to applicable regulatory approvals, including the registration and licensing of Cipher by the Bermuda Monetary Authority. Led by reinsurance specialist Ari Chatterjee, Cipher has been created to address the increasing demand for specialty cyber treaty reinsurance capabilities as cyber risk continues to evolve across businesses, economies and critical infrastructure worldwide. Mr. Chatterjee has more than 20 years of industry experience with over a decade of cyber reinsurance experience including setting market standards on data and policy wordings.

International General Insurance Board Raises Quarterly Dividend to $0.075 per Share

International General Insurance Holdings' Board of Directors has voted to increase the Company's quarterly ordinary common share dividend to $0.075 per share, representing a 50% increase from the present rate of $0.05 per share per quarter. This marks the third consecutive year that the Company has increased the quarterly ordinary common share dividend. The first regular quarterly ordinary common share dividend at the new rate of $0.075 will be paid on June 11, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 28, 2026.

Reports Q1 Net Premiums Written $111.2M. vs. $112.8M last year.
