Dolson joined Green Brick Partners in 2013 as the Head of Land Acquisition and Development.

BTIG analyst Ryan Gilbert initiated coverage of Green Brick with a Neutral rating. The company's long-land strategy contributes to coverage-leading margins, significant investments into its owned land bank, and controlled count now at 41K, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BTIG adds that it expects margins to drift downwards in 2026 and 2027, but the firm believes the land bank should support leading margins on an absolute basis for some time.
