Reports Q2 revenue $209.7M, consensus $199.33M. "We delivered another quarter ahead of our expectations, driven by broad-based strength across our core brands, channels and many of our key geographies," said Franco Fogliato, CEO. "Top line performance, gross margin expansion and disciplined cost management fueled a doubling of constant currency adjusted operating income compared to the second quarter of last year, demonstrating continuing progress under our turnaround plan and the underlying strength of our operating model."

Raises FY26 adjusted operating margin view to 4%-6% from 3%-5%. The company said, "Strong business performance in the first half of 2026 and ongoing business momentum are enabling us to confidently raise our full year financial outlook, which is highlighted by an expected return to top line growth in the fourth quarter, improved profitability and positive free cash flow generation. It is clear that our evolution to a brand-led, consumer-focused operating model - combined with healthy watch industry fundamentals - is positioning us to deliver long-term profitable growth and shareholder value."

Company Reports Q1 Revenue of $224.8M, Down Year-over-Year

Reports Q1 revenue $224.8M vs. $233.3M last year. Sales were unfavorably impacted by 690 basis points as a result of Q1 FY26 including 13 weeks as compared to 14 weeks in the prior year quarter, while wholesale sales increased 5% and direct to consumer sales decreased 29% on a constant currency basis. "We are pleased to begin the year with outperformance on the top and bottom line, fueled by strong execution against our turnaround and healthy watch industry trends," said CEO Franco Fogliato.
