FCPT Reports Q2 Revenue of $78.418M, Acquires $268M Asset
Reports Q2 revenue $78.418M, consensus $79.43M. "FCPT delivered strong results in the second quarter of 2026 and, through July, has already surpassed its prior record for total annual investment in a single calendar year," said Bill Lenehan, Chief Executive Officer. "During July, we completed the largest single investment in the Company's history with the acquisition of The Mission Pet Health portfolio, which includes 102 buildings for an aggregate purchase price of $268 million. The transaction represents an important diversification milestone, as FCPT has now acquired more than 1,000 properties since founding and reduced our Darden exposure to approximately 41% of total rent. We also successfully refinanced and upsized our credit facility at attractive rates while broadening our lending syndicate to support future growth. With a fully undrawn $350 million revolver, FCPT remains well positioned to pursue its growth objectives."

Four Corners Property Trust is pleased to announce the acquisition of a Burger King property for $1.6M. The property is located in a strong retail corridor in Minnesota and franchisee-operated by Dhanani Group under a triple net lease with approximately six years of term remaining. Dhanani Group is one of the largest restaurant franchise operators in the United States, operating more than 500 Burger King restaurants and over 800 locations across multiple restaurant brands. The transaction was priced at a 7.4% cap rate on rent as of the closing date and exclusive of transaction costs.
