China Yuchai Partners with Wisdom Motor to Launch Commercial Minibuses
China Yuchai International announced that a small batch of commercial minibuses equipped with Yuchai's YCY24-65kW Flywheel Range Extender System has been launched by Wisdom Motor in Hong Kong SAR. The system delivers an efficient and eco-friendly propulsion solution for local transport across a wide range of operational conditions, while supporting the transition to more sustainable transportation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

China Yuchai Acquires 27.97% Stake in Nanyue Diankong
China Yuchai announced that Yuchai has acquired 83,918,495 shares of Nanyue Diankong, or NYDK, representing a 27.97% equity interest, for a consideration of approximately RMB 176.2M in cash. Following the acquisition, Yuchai has become the second-largest shareholder of NYDK. Yuchai has also entered into a concerted action agreement with Hunan Hengyang Auto Parts Factory, the largest shareholder of NYDK. This agreement enables Yuchai to secure operational control over NYDK, including, among other things, the right to nominate six out of nine directors on NYDK's board of directors and designate its general manager.
China Yuchai ships initial shipment of buses to Mexico
China Yuchai announced that the first batch of buses powered by Yuchai's natural gas engines was recently delivered to Nuevo Leon, Mexico. This batch is the first shipment under the 600-unit natural gas bus order received in 2024. Currently, 1,400 buses powered by Yuchai natural gas engines are in active service across Nuevo Leon, Mexico and the total number is projected to exceed 2,500 by the end of 2025.
China Yuchai begins shipment of casting products to Germany
China Yuchai announced that Yuchai's subsidiary, Guangxi Yuchai Foundry, had in early August commenced the shipment of its first batch of a total order for 30,000 high-end cylinder head castings to a German customer.
