Consensus $993.39M. Raises FY26 adjusted EBITDA view to $620M-$620M from $605M-$615M. Backs FY26 capital expenditures view $160M-$170M. Justice Department Expands Antitrust Investigation into Claritev

The Justice Department is expanding an antitrust investigation into Claritev over allegations the company helped insurers, including UnitedHealth (UNH), CVS Health's (CVS) Aetna and Cigna (CI), illegally coordinate to reduce out-of-network reimbursement rates, Josh Sisco, Leah Nylen and Ike Swetlitz of Bloomberg report, citing people with knowledge of the matter. The Justice Department recently sent civil investigative demands to lawyers for a group of hospitals and doctor groups suing Claritev for alleged antitrust violations, sources told Bloomberg. The antitrust division is seeking information the providers are collecting during the litigation, people told the news agency. The Justice Department's inquiry involves similar allegations as the private litigation, the sources added. Shares of Claritev are down 10% to $26.92 following the report.
