Cheniere Energy Partners Signs EPC Contract with Bechtel

Cheniere Energy Partners announced that its subsidiary, Sabine Pass Liquefaction Stage V, has entered into a lump sum, turnkey, engineering, procurement and construction, EPC, contract with Bechtel Energy, Inc. for the first phase of the SPL Expansion Project. In addition, SPLV has released Bechtel to commence early engineering and procurement for Phase 1 under a limited notice to proceed.

Cheniere Energy Partners to Offer Senior Notes Due 2036 and 2056

Cheniere Energy Partners intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, Senior Notes due 2036 and Senior Notes due 2056. Cheniere Partners intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general partnership purposes, which may include, among other things, the repayment, refinancing or redemption of its and its subsidiaries' existing indebtedness, funding capital expenditures, working capital and other business opportunities.
