Commercial Metals Increases Stock Buyback Program to $717M
Commercial Metals announced that its board of directors has authorized a $600M increase in the company's existing common stock repurchase program, bringing the total current capacity of the program to approximately $717M. Approximately $733M of the company's common stock has been repurchased under the existing program since its authorization in October 2021.

Reports Q3 revenue $2.48B, consensus $2.41B.
