Logistic Properties of the Americas Sells Assets to Bancolombia for COP 500B

Logistic Properties of the Americas (LPA) announced an agreement to sell income-producing facilities located within Parque Logistico Calle 80 in Bogota, Colombia, to Bancolombia, a major regional financial institution and a subsidiary of Grupo Cibest (CIB), for COP 500B, or $152M, in an all-cash transaction. Closing is expected early in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.

OFAC Imposes Sanctions on Colombian President, Treasury Reports

The U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control targeted four individuals, who the agency said had been added to a "specially designated nationals list," including Colombian President Gustavo Petro and the country's Interior Minister Armando Benedetti. President Trump has accused Petro of allowing narcotics trafficking to flourish.
