Comstock Holding announced the signing of a 12,000-square-foot retail lease with Backspin at 43811 Central Station Drive in Loudoun Station. Backspin will introduce a new entertainment and social destination to Loudoun Station, bringing together indoor golf simulators, high-end karaoke, billiards, darts, shuffleboard, private event space, and food and beverage offerings under one roof. The Loudoun Station location will serve as the flagship venue for the brand new concept, with plans in place for future expansion.
