H.C. Wainwright: Capricor FDA PDUFA Date Extended to November 22

H.C. Wainwright notes that Capricor Therapeutics announced that the FDA extended the PDUFA target action date for deramiocel from August 22 to November 22, following submission of a major amendment to the BLA. The amendment includes 24-month HOPE-3 open-label extension data and additional robustness analyses intended to support a refined proposed indication focused on upper limb function, the primary endpoint of HOPE-3. The firm continues to view the risk profile as high following the 9-3 negative AdCom.
