Aris Mining Reports Gold Production of 148,000 Ounces in H1 2026
Aris Mining reports gold production of 148.0 thousand ounces for the six months ended June 30, a 31% increase over H1 2025. Gold sales of 147.0 koz in H1 2026 generated revenue of over $680M. The Company remains on track to meet its 2026 production guidance, with key growth initiatives progressing on schedule, including first gold from the new Marmato CIP plant in Q4 2026. These results reinforce Aris Mining's compelling growth profile. Q2 Highlights: H1 2026 consolidated gold production of 148.0 koz, up 31% from H1 2025. Q2 2026 consolidated gold production of 73.7 koz, up 26% from Q2 2025. Q2 2026 gold sales of 72.1 koz at an average realized price of approximately $4,445 per ounce, resulting in Q2 2026 gold revenue of approximately $320M and over $680M for H1 2026. Cash balance of over $425M at June 30. Neil Woodyer, CEO, commented "We delivered a strong first half of 2026, with gold production up 31% from the same period in 2025, and we remain on track to deliver our 2026 production guidance of 300,000 to 350,000 ounces. We expect gold production to increase in the second half of the year, supported by the ongoing production ramp-up at Segovia and near-term completion of construction of the new Marmato CIP plant. At Marmato, increased underground mining capacity contributed to production growth processed through the existing small-scale flotation plant. Construction of the CIP plant is progressing well, with mill components being assembled, and first gold remains on track for Q4 2026. Together, Segovia and Marmato are expected to produce approximately 500,000 ounces of gold per year once ramped up."
Neil Woodyer: Q1 2026 Gold Revenue Exceeds $360M
Q1 2026 Highlights: Q1 consolidated gold production of 74.3 koz, a 6% increase over Q4 2025. Q1 gold sales of 74.8 koz at an average realized price of more than $4,860 per oz, resulting in gold revenue of more than $360M, up 20% from Q4 2025. Cash balance of over $470M at March 31, an increase of approximately $80M compared to December 31, 2025. Neil Woodyer, Chair and CEO, commented "Our strong start to 2026 reflects both solid operating performance and a supportive gold price environment. We expect Q1 2026 gold revenue to exceed $360M, a significant increase from $154M in Q1 2025 and $301M in Q4 2025, driven by higher gold prices and increased ounces sold. Looking ahead, we expect production growth in 2026 to be weighted toward the second half of the year, with first gold from the Marmato CIP plant on track for Q4 and a continued steady ramp-up at Segovia."

Aris Water Solutions sees Q2 adjusted EBITDA $50M-$55M
"As we begin the second quarter, we continue to see strong volumes and customer activity in-line with our prior forecasts. Quarter-over-quarter, we anticipate Adjusted EBITDA to be impacted by approximately $2 million of well maintenance expenses originally scheduled for the first quarter, which will now be completed in the second quarter. Additionally, at current commodity prices, we will realize lower revenues from skim oil recoveries in the second quarter. Aside from the timing of maintenance expenses and oil prices, we expect to maintain strong margins in the second quarter given the structural cost improvements we have achieved over the past twenty-four months. At this time, we have no update to our full year 2025 volume, Adjusted EBITDA, and capital expenditure outlook. Given the potential impact of continued lower oil prices, we remain in close contact with our customers as they evaluate their plans for the remainder of the year and can adjust our capital expenditure plans correspondingly. We believe our business will prove resilient throughout macroeconomic volatility due to the strength of our large customers and our long-term dedicated acreage with multiple decades of inventory and top tier upstream economics," said Amanda Brock, President and CEO of Aris.
