Allison Transmission Updates Brand Architecture Following Dana Acquisition
Allison Transmission Holdings (ALSN) announced its go-forward brand architecture following the acquisition of Dana's (DAN) Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems business earlier this year. Effective October 23, the company's enterprise brand is Allison. Its Allison Transmission and Allison Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems business units, along with their combined product portfolio, will continue to operate under the unified Allison name. Established product brands within the acquired off-highway business unit, such as Spicer, Brevini, GWB, Fairfield and Graziano, will be retained under the Allison master brand. These product brands, alongside those from the Allison Transmission business unit, will continue to be developed, sold and serviced as they have been. Customers, distributors and dealers across both business units can maintain the high standards they expect from the products and parts they rely on, strengthened by the resources and global reach of the Allison enterprise.

Allison Transmission Reports Q2 Revenue of $1.57B
Reports Q2 revenue $1.57B, consensus $1.51B. CEO David Graziosi commented, "In the Allison Transmission business unit, execution of our growth initiatives in the Defense end market and continued momentum in the North American truck market led to record quarterly net sales of $860 million for the second quarter. We also saw strong year over year growth in the Allison Off-Highway business unit, particularly in the Construction & Material Handling and Mining end markets as demand continues to rebound from trough levels. The Agriculture end market, although showing signs of recovery in certain segments and regions, has yet to inflect positively. The successful integration of the Allison Off-Highway business unit, including capturing planned synergies and realizing the strategic benefits of the combined operations, remains a top priority. At the same time, Allison continues to execute across both business units, converting improving demand conditions into strong cash generation, reflected in record quarterly adjusted free cash flow of $281M in Q2. Alongside repurchasing $46 million of our common stock and paying a quarterly dividend, we also made additional progress toward our leverage target by repaying the remaining $150M outstanding under our revolving credit facility."
Allison Signs Order for 3,000 EAGLE V with GDELS
Allison Transmission Holdings announced it will supply fully automatic transmissions for a significant order with General Dynamics European Land Systems, or GDELS, covering approximately 3,000 EAGLE V armored vehicles. Additionally, the Bundeswehr has ordered 80 EAGLE V 6x6 protected ambulance vehicles, deliveries of which began in May 2025.
Stock Futures Mostly Unchanged as Oil Prices Fluctuate
Stock futures were mostly unchanged after the major averages had a broadly higher day to close out the second quarter as traders continue to monitor oil prices amid tensions in the Middle East. Despite geopolitical tensions, an oil-price shock earlier in the quarter, and persistent inflation concerns, the major indexes still notched one of their strongest quarterly performances in years.Check out this evening's top movers from around Wall Street, compiled by The Fly.HIGHER AFTER EARNINGS -Constellation Brandsup 3.9%ALSO HIGHER -Bloom Energyup 9.9% after announcing it will expand its AI infrastructure partnership with Brookfieldto $25B from $5BAllison Transmissionup 2.9% after being named to join the S&P MidCap 400DOWN AFTER EARNINGS -Nikedown 1.5%ALSO LOWER -Inlifdown 45% after announcing a 1-for-200 share combinationFlash Sports and Mediadown 7.9% after filing to sell 62.67M shares of common stock for holders
