Reports Q3 revenue $1.27B, consensus $1.22B. "We delivered another strong quarter, with revenue growth and double-digit increases in net income and diluted EPS. Our results reflect our team's consistent execution and continued demand for V2X's mission-critical capabilities," said Jeremy C. Wensinger, President and CEO. "Recent award activity and on-contract growth reinforce the momentum underway, and we believe our global presence and diverse capabilities position us to scale quickly as customers' requirements continue to evolve. Based on our year-to-date performance, current backlog position and existing demand signals, we are increasing our FY26 guidance. Looking forward, we expect to continue investing in areas of growth that we believe will enable us to advance our Go Towards Tomorrow strategy, create long-term value for our shareholders and deliver for our customers and their missions."
V2X Awarded $104.64M Contract Modification
V2X was awarded a $104.64M modification to a contract for operation, maintenance and defense of Army communications supporting Army operational base communications information systems and infrastructure. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $813.13M. Work has an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2028. FY27 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $16.16M were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command is the contracting activity.
V2X Systems Awarded $231.76 Million Contract
V2X Systems has been awarded an undefinitized contract action with a not-to-exceed ceiling price of $231,757,508 modification to previously awarded for base support services in support of the Iraq F-16 program. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $594,189,544 from $362,432,036. Work will be performed at Martyr BG Ali Flaih Air Base, Iraq, and is expected to be completed by July 17, 2027.
