Vontier announced that Tesco will integrate technologies from Gilbarco Veeder-Root and Invenco to create a scalable and efficient fuelling solution across the retailer's petrol stations. Building on the integration between Invenco's outdoor payment applications and Gilbarco Veeder-Root's fuelling and forecourt management systems, Tesco will gain deeper operational insights and a smoother customer experience. Gilbarco Veeder-Root's DOMS PSS 5000 Forecourt Controller and Invenco's connected outdoor payment terminals will enable fast and compliant transactions at the pump or at the kiosk. The controller provides specialised software that connects Tesco's Point of Sale and software seamlessly, providing real-time data on all aspects of the forecourt.

Vontier Completes Teletrac Navman Sale Valued at $220M

Vontier Corporation announced the completion of the previously announced sale of a majority of Teletrac Navman, its global fleet management, telematics and asset management business. As previously disclosed, the total transaction is valued at $220M including cash proceeds to Vontier of approximately $80M. In anticipation of these proceeds and consistent with its stated capital allocation policy, Vontier has completed share repurchases of $130M during the second quarter. Financial results for the Teletrac business have historically been reported within the Mobility Technologies segment of Vontier and will now be excluded from continuing operations as of the completion date - June 30.

Vontier's Board Approves Share Repurchase Authorization Increase to $1B

Vontier's Board of Directors has approved an increase to its share repurchase authorization pursuant to which the Company may repurchase up to $1B of Vontier shares effective on May 19. The program increases Vontier's existing $500M authorization approved April 30, 2025, under which there was approximately $165M remaining as of May 15. Year-to-date, the Company has completed $105M in share repurchases and expects to deploy a majority of its adjusted free cash flow in 2026 to further repurchases, including at least $125M in the second quarter.
