Vivakor Extends Special Dividend Payment to January 29, 2027
Vivakor provided an update regarding its previously announced special dividend of shares of Adapti common stock held by the company. Vivakor has engaged securities counsel to prepare and file the registration statement required to facilitate the distribution of the Adapti shares to eligible Vivakor shareholders. To allow sufficient time to complete the required registration process, the company has extended the payment date for the special dividend from September 5 to January 29, 2027. The special dividend will be paid to holders of record of Vivakor common shares as of September 5, 2025, the previously announced ex-dividend date. All other terms of the previously announced special dividend remain unchanged, and no action is required by eligible shareholders at this time.
Vivakor Announces Additional $400M Crude Oil Marketing Programs
Vivakor, through its wholly owned subsidiary Vivakor Supply & Trading, announced the execution of two additional long-term recurring physical crude oil marketing programs expected to generate approximately $400M of additional annualized commercial activity, increasing the company's announced commercial marketing platform to approximately $1.5B in annualized commercial activity, based on current market pricing assumptions. The new commercial programs consist of recurring physical crude oil purchase and sale transactions totaling approximately 500,000 barrels per month, increasing Vivakor's announced recurring commercial marketing platform to approximately 1.54M barrels per month, or approximately 18.4M barrels annually. The announcement represents more than a doubling of Vivakor's announced annualized commercial marketing platform in just a matter of weeks.

Vivakor Announces New Oil Programs Expected to Generate $384M Annually
Vivakor, through its wholly owned subsidiary Vivakor Supply & Trading, announced the execution of two new recurring physical crude oil commercial programs expected to generate approximately $384M of annualized commercial activity, increasing the company's announced physical crude oil marketing platform to more than $1.09B of annualized commercial activity, based on current market pricing assumptions. The new commercial programs consist of two recurring physical crude oil purchase and sale transactions at the Cushing and Midland Terminals and further expand VST's recurring physical crude oil marketing activities. "Surpassing $1 billion of announced annualized commercial activity marks an important milestone in the continued growth of Vivakor Supply & Trading," said James Ballengee, chairman, president and CEO of Vivakor. "The continued expansion of our recurring commercial programs reflects the strength of our commercial relationships and our ability to consistently originate and execute physical crude oil transactions. Vivakor Signs $709M Crude Oil Transactions with Commercial Counterparties
Vivakor, through its wholly owned subsidiary Vivakor Supply & Trading, announced the execution of four recurring physical crude oil purchase and sale transactions with two commercial counterparties. The transactions commence August 1 and continue through July 31, 2027, with month-to-month renewals thereafter. The agreements expands VST's recurring physical crude oil marketing activities across the Cushing and Midland crude oil markets while broadening the company's commercial counterparty relationships. Following these transactions, Vivakor has announced recurring commercial programs representing approximately $709M in annualized commercial activity and approximately 8.1M barrels of annual marketed crude oil volumes, based on current market pricing assumptions.
