Stewart Information Services Acquires Tower Title
Stewart Information Services Corporation announced the acquisition of Tower Title, a national provider of telecommunications-focused title services. The company said, "The acquisition strengthens Stewart's National Commercial Services, specifically the company's Energy & Infrastructure group, by adding a highly complementary infrastructure business that expands service capabilities, increases transaction volume and further diversifies the company's commercial portfolio. Founded in 2019, Tower Title quickly became a leading national title company catering to the telecommunication industry, while also servicing solar farms, wind turbines, data centers, and billboards. They built a name for customer service through collaboration and customization, leveraging extensive energy expertise to partner with customers across the transaction lifecycle."

Stewart Information Services acquired ProTitleUSA and DocSolutionUSA, two companies that together provide a comprehensive suite of title, mortgage related documents and due diligence services that support servicers, investors and capital markets clients throughout the real estate and mortgage lifecycle. "Both of these companies bring specialized expertise that aligns with Stewart's long-term strategy for our centralized title services," said Fred Eppinger, Stewart CEO. "Together with our existing offerings these businesses expand our scale in title services, strengthen our lender and servicer offerings for investors and capital market clients and add innovative analytic and document generation capabilities that are highly complementary to our existing platform."
Stewart Information Services Raises Dividend to $2.20 per Share
Stewart Information Services announced a dividend increase that reflects the company's continuing commitment to return capital to its shareholders. The Stewart Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Company's annual cash dividend from $2.10 to $2.20 per share, beginning with the third quarterly payment of 2026 of $0.55 per share, payable September 30, 2026, to common stockholders of record on September 15, 2026.
