Champion Homes Appoints Michael Haack as Independent Director

Champion Homes (SKY) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Michael Haack as a new independent director, effective August 24, 2026. With the addition of Mr. Haack, the Champion Homes Board now comprises seven directors, six of whom are independent. Mr. Haack currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Materials (EXP) and as a member of its Board of Directors.

Reports revenue $710.2M, consensus $701.98M. "We began fiscal 2027 with encouraging demand trends and results in line with expectations," said Tim Larson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Champion Homes. "Our team continued to outperform the broader industry in a challenging environment. Champion's differentiated platform, dedicated team, and recently closed Homes Direct acquisition strengthen our ability to deliver affordable housing solutions, enhance our retail footprint, and drive long-term growth."

Champion Homes Appoints New Executives Following Kimmell's Retirement

Champion Homes announced several leadership appointments in connection with the retirement of Joseph Kimmell, Executive Vice President, Operations, effective June 26. Kimmell will remain available on a consulting basis through the end of August to help ensure a smooth transition. The following appointments reflect the Company's planned approach to succession and leadership alignment as Champion continues to evolve its operating model across 9,300 team members and 129 retail and manufacturing locations: Wade Lyall has been appointed Chief Sales Officer; John Kastanek has been appointed Chief Customer Experience Officer; and Andrew Houser has been appointed Senior Vice President, Manufacturing.
