Riskified Launches ARIA Conversational AI Risk Intelligence Platform

Riskified expanded its risk intelligence platform with ARIA, conversational AI capability built directly into the Riskified Control Center. Fraud teams today have access to vast amounts of data, but solving urgent business questions often still requires exporting files, building reports, or waiting for additional analysis. ARIA changes that by letting merchants ask questions in natural language and get answers in seconds, complete with charts and tables that support the analysis. With direct access to Riskified metrics and their own business-specific reporting logic, ARIA can investigate and quickly answer a wide range of questions within an existing workflow, including exploring performance trends, analyzing shifts across regions or payment methods, and uncovering patterns in order data.
