Rocket Companies Appoints Alessio Sanfilippo as Redfin CEO

Rocket Companies (RKT) announced that Alessio Sanfilippo has been named Chief Executive Officer of Redfin, effective immediately. Sanfilippo joins Redfin from Meta (META), where he served as Vice President of Insights for Reality Labs.

Citi Reiterates Buy Rating on Zillow, Price Target $52

Citi notes that the FTC and five states announced that their litigation against Zillow's (ZG) partnership with Rocket Companies' (RKT) Redfin has been resolved and allows Zillow and Redfin to maintain their existing rentals syndication agreement through at least June 30, 2030. The resolution maintaining the syndication agreement removes a key overhang on Zillow as the company expands its rental listings supply, says the analyst, who reiterates a Buy rating and $52 price target on the shares.
