QuinStreet Reports Q4 Revenue of $373.9M
Reports Q4 revenue $373.9M, consensus $359.89M. "Fiscal Q4 was another record quarter of strong performance and progress, capping a record year for QuinStreet," commented Doug Valenti, CEO of QuinStreet. "We grew quarterly revenue 43% year-over-year with strength in both Financial Services and Home Services. Adjusted EBITDA was up 87% year-over-year and came in at an 11.1% margin, a 270 basis-point improvement over the year-ago quarter."

Valenti Expects Q4 Revenue Between $350M and $370M
"Turning to our outlook, we expect revenue in fiscal Q4, to be between $350 and $370 million, up sequentially to yet another new quarterly record, and implying at least 34% growth year-over-year. We expect adjusted EBITDA to be between $37 and $43 million, also up sequentially to yet another new quarterly record, reflecting continued margin expansion, and implying at least 67% growth year-over-year," concluded Valenti.
