Company Adjusts 2026 Sales Guidance to $3.57B-$3.67B

The Company is refining its guidance and now expects 2026 net sales of $3.57B-$3.67B. This implies a year-over-year growth of 2% to 5% in 2026. The Company's net earnings and adjusted EBITDA are projected to be $155M-$180M and $485M-$515M, respectively, with net earnings margin of 4.3% to 4.9% and adjusted EBITDA margin of 13.5% to 14.1%. The Company expects to generate $210M-$250M in adjusted free cash flow. Adjusted tax rate is expected to be in the range of 30% to 33%.

PHINIA to Acquire 100% Equity of stoba Group

PHINIA entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the equity interests of the stoba Group, a global technology partner specialized in high-precision components, systems, and customized manufacturing solutions. The proposed transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. The company said, "The stoba Group's precision engineering and advanced manufacturing expertise is expected to complement PHINIA's current portfolio and enhance PHINIA's ability to deliver high-precision components, systems, and integrated solutions globally. PHINIA believes the acquisition will also strengthen supply continuity and resilience, while further expanding PHINIA's capabilities in complex component manufacturing, advanced engineering, and system integration. The acquisition of the stoba Group will broaden PHINIA's presence across a variety of strategic sectors, including passenger and commercial vehicles, off-highway, industrial, capital equipment, semiconductors, and aerospace and defense." Management expects to provide further details regarding the proposed transaction during the Company's second quarter 2026 earnings call on July 30, 2026.

PHINIA Q1 Revenue of $878M Beats Expectations

Reports Q1 revenue $878M, consensus $850.75M. "I'm pleased with our first-quarter performance, which underscores our disciplined execution and continued focus on creating value for our shareholders. Adjusted earnings per diluted share increased by more than 37% compared with the first quarter of 2025. Building on the strong performance we delivered in 2025 and the confidence we shared at our 2026 Investor Day, we are seeing growing traction in attractive new markets and expanding our customer base, including new wins in alternative fuels, commercial vehicles and aerospace and defense," said Brady Ericson, President and Chief Executive Officer of PHINIA.
