Materialise plans to seek an additional listing on Euronext Brussels.
Materialise announced its plans to pursue an additional listing of its ordinary shares on Euronext Brussels, to complement the existing Nasdaq listing of its American depositary shares representing ordinary shares, and to launch an ADS buyback program.
Materialise projects FY25 revenue between EUR 265 million and EUR 280 million.
Maintains FY25 adjusted EBIT view EUR6M-EUR10M.
Materialise announces Q3 EPS of EUR 0.03, down from EUR 0.05 last year
Reports Q3 revenue EUR66.26M vs. EUR68.65M last year. CEO Brigitte de Vet-Veithen commented, "I am proud to report that we once more delivered a positive net result and strong cash flow in Q3 of this year. Our Materialise Medical segment posted a quarterly revenue record, growing by more than 10% compared to the same period in 2024, while macro-economic headwinds continued to impact our consolidated revenue, and, in particular, our Materialise Manufacturing segment. We further implemented targeted cost control measures designed to protect our operational profitability without compromising on our continued R&D investments to drive future growth."
Materialise reports Q2 EPS EUR0.0 vs. EUR0.07 last year
Reports Q2 revenue EUR64.83M vs. EUR68.8M last year. CEO Brigitte de Vet-Veithen commented, "Our Materialise Medical segment once again demonstrated its resilience, growing by almost 17% compared to the same period of 2024. At the same time increasing geo-political uncertainty and sustained macro-economic headwinds negatively impacted revenues in our Materialise Manufacturing and Materialise Software segments, and therefore also our consolidated revenue in Q2 2025. Despite revenue pressure we were able to materially improve our operational profitability in Q2 2025 compared to prior periods through structural and targeted cost control. Unfavorable effects from exchange rate fluctuations significantly impacted our quarterly financials, but we nevertheless again reported a positive net result."
Materialise reports Q4 EPS EUR0.05 vs. (EUR0.01) last year
Reports Q4 revenue EUR65.68M from EUR65.30M last year. CEO Brigitte de Vet-Veithen commented, "In the final quarter of 2024 our Materialise Medical segment continued on its growth path, again posting record-high revenues. At the same time, global macro-economic headwinds persisted particularly in the European industrial sector, impacting Materialise Manufacturing segment's performance. Our Materialise Software segment continued to make good progress in its conversion to a recurring revenue business model and delivered results in line with our expectations. Continued high R&D expenditures especially in our Materialise Medical and Software segments combined with integration and restructuring costs in our Materialise Manufacturing segment and in our corporate support departments impacted Adjusted EBIT in the fourth quarter of 2024. Over the full year 2024 we delivered a positive net result of EUR0.23 per diluted share and increased our operational cash flow by 56% to EUR31.5M."
