Terra Quantum and Mountain Lake to Merge Valuing Terra Quantum at $3.25B
Terra Quantum AG and Mountain Lake Acquisition Corp. II announced that they have signed a non-binding letter of intent to enter into a business combination that values Terra Quantum at $3.25B.
